- Tiger shrimp in brine - 8 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 4 tablespoons
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Arugula - to taste
- Marinated cherries - 1.1 oz
- Pesto - 3 teaspoons
- White bread - 2 slices

First, you need to toast or dry the bread — it's up to you. I used a grill pan for this, but you can toast the bread in a regular pan, although it will absorb all the vegetable oil. You can also dry it in the oven. In general, if you found a grill pan, pour in a tablespoon of vegetable oil and toast the bread.
Step 2
Rub the toasted bread with the garlic clove and set aside. Meanwhile, mix the cottage cheese and pesto in a separate bowl, then spread the resulting cream on the bread and set aside.
Step 3
While toasting the bread and preparing the cream, boil the shrimp, then rinse them with cold water and peel.
Step 4
Heat a pan, pour in a little oil, and add the remaining garlic. When it turns golden and releases a light aroma, remove it and add the shrimp to the oil, frying them on both sides.
Step 5
Place the fried shrimp on the bread with cream, add arugula leaves and cherry tomatoes.
