- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Ketchup - 2 teaspoons
- Sourdough Bread - 4 pieces
- Meatballs - 4 pieces
- Arugula - 1.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the sauce, mix mayonnaise and ketchup in a small bowl.
Step 2
Spread the sauce on one side of the pieces of bread. Place 2 pieces of meatloaf on 2 of the sauced bread pieces and top with arugula leaves. Cover with the remaining bread, sauce side down. Cut in half and wrap in foil. Let sit for a while.
