- Borodinsky Bread - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 4.2 oz
- Red Caviar - 3.5 oz
- Dill - 1.8 oz
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the bread into 0.5 cm thick pieces and use a cookie cutter to cut out hearts.
Step 2
Spread butter on all sides of each heart (except the bottom) and coat the sides with chopped dill.
Step 3
Top each heart with 0.5 teaspoon of caviar.
Step 4
Garnish with parsley leaves.
Step 5
Arrange on a flat plate.
