Description
You can substitute the veal with chicken and use Emmental instead of cheddar. It's better to choose sweet and sour apples.
Ingredients
- Toasts - 8 pieces
- Veal - 7.1 oz
- Cheddar cheese for sandwiches - 7.1 oz
- Pickled Apples - 1 piece
- Honey-Mustard Dressing - 0.2 oz
- Butter - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Spread mustard on 4 slices of bread, layer with meat (boiled-smoked), apple slices, and cheese. Top with the remaining slices of bread.
Step 2
Heat butter in a skillet and fry the sandwiches on both sides.
Step 3
Place on a grill for a couple of minutes until the cheese starts to melt.
Step 4
Cut the sandwiches diagonally and serve.
