Ingredients
- Pea shoots - 0.7 oz
- Rice - 0.4 oz
- Mustard Greens - 2.8 oz
- Matsuni - 7 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Mint - to taste
- Cilantro - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sort the peas, rinse them, place in a pot, cover with cold water, and cook.
Step 2
20 minutes before the peas are done, add the sorted and rinsed rice and cook until the rice is ready.
Step 3
Separately, boil the finely chopped young beet greens and then combine them with the soup.
Step 4
Garnish the soup with cilantro and mint.
Step 5
Remove from heat, cool, and then add the whipped matsun.
Step 6
Add salt to taste.
