- Scorpion fish fillet - 21.2 oz
- Daikon - 7.1 oz
- Lime - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Grated Ginger Root - 0.4 oz
- Green onion tops - 4 pieces
- Soy Sauce - 2 fl oz
- Sesame Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the zest of one lime, and slice the white radish - daikon - into very thin slices. Cut the freshest sea bass fillet into thin slices.
Step 2
Combine the soy sauce, juice from two limes, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Finely chop the green onion and garlic, and add them to the sauce.
Step 3
Arrange the slices of sea bass on plates, top with daikon, drizzle with a spicy marinade, and sprinkle with lime zest. Place the sashimi in the refrigerator for a few minutes to let it marinate, then serve.
