Description
The king oyster mushroom is a large fungus that consists entirely of a stem topped with a small cap. It is enough to slice it into 3–4 even pieces slightly less than a centimeter thick and lightly sauté it in olive oil over medium-high heat. The less heat treatment, the more texture will remain in these mushrooms.
