Ingredients
- Sausages - 15.9 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Bun - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place a skillet over high heat. Pour in 60 ml of water and add the sausages. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover with a lid, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Open the skillet, slightly increase the heat, and brown the sausages, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Step 3
Leave 1 tablespoon of fat in the skillet. Add the onion and pepper, and sauté, stirring frequently, for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Slice the sausages diagonally into 1 cm thick pieces.
Step 5
Add the sausage to the vegetables, pour in 75 ml of water, and simmer, stirring often. Before serving, place the sausage and vegetable mixture on the buns.
