- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.4 oz
- Onion - 1.4 oz
- Chicken Broth - 1 qt
- Dry White Wine - 2 cups
- Sausages - 2 pieces
- Spices - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the sausages and sauté them in hot vegetable oil. Drain the oil and keep the sausages warm.
Step 2
Sauté the finely chopped onion in vegetable oil, remove from the pan, and add the rice and spices. Pour in the wine, let it evaporate, and gradually add the broth while stirring constantly. Keep it on medium heat until the rice is cooked.
Step 3
Add the butter, onion, and cheese to the cooked rice, mix well, and serve on plates topped with the sausages.
