Ingredients

  • Sausages - 17.6 oz
  • Egg white - 2 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
  • Milk - 3 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 qt

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare the batter. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Combine the dry ingredients.

Step 2

In another small bowl, crack the eggs and add the milk. Whisk thoroughly using a whisk. You can use a mixer if you have one.

Step 3

Pour the egg and milk mixture into the dry ingredients and whisk again. The batter should be thick enough to coat the sausages without dripping. To make it easier to dip the sausages, pour the batter into a tall glass.

Step 4

Now cut the sausages in half and skewer them. The tip of the skewer should stick out 1 centimeter from the back of the sausage. For frying, pour sunflower oil into a pot and heat it until boiling.

Step 5

Dip the sausages in batter into the fryer and cook until golden brown, turning them in the oil.
