Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Milk - 17 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Green Butter - 1 bunch
  • Beef - 2 lbs
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Cheese Spread - 7.1 oz
  • Peeled chestnuts - 1.8 oz
  • Mayonnaise - 5 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare the batter from flour, milk, eggs, salt, and sugar, and fry the crepes.

Step 2

Boil the beef.

Step 3

Grease a rectangular dish with oil and line it with plastic wrap.

Step 4

Lay several crepes overlapping on the plastic wrap so that the edges hang over the sides.

Step 5

Chop the onion and sauté it.

Step 6

Pass the meat through a meat grinder along with the sautéed onion and walnuts, and mix with mayonnaise.

Step 7

Grate the cheese, press in the garlic, and also mix with mayonnaise.

Spread the meat filling on a crepe and roll it up, placing it in the dish.

On a lettuce leaf, place the cheese mixture and roll it up as well, placing it next to the meat crepe.

Continue layering the rolls, alternating between meat and cheese.

Cover the top with the ends of the crepes and tightly wrap with plastic.

Place something heavy on top and refrigerate overnight.
