- Courgette - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 4.2 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 8.8 oz
- Minced garlic - 5 cloves
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add 1–2 eggs, salt, and enough flour so that the batter does not spread in the pan but needs to be spread out.
Step 2
Bake several pancakes (as much as the batter allows). Let them cool.
Step 3
Prepare the cream. For this, add the minced garlic to the mayonnaise and mix well.
Step 4
