- Scallops - 14.1 oz
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Parsley - 1 piece
- Green Peas - 4 tablespoons
- Scallions - 1.8 oz
- Celery salt - to taste
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Honey-Mustard Dressing - ¼ cup
- Salad Potatoes - 8 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Green peppercorns - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the scallop meat in salted water for 1–2 minutes with the roots (carrot, parsley root) and black pepper, cool, cut into strips, and place on a large plate.
Step 2
Arrange diced boiled potatoes, chopped boiled egg, green peas, and lemon slices around the scallops.
Step 3
Drizzle with salad dressing and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Step 4
Season with pepper and serve.
