  • Scorpion fish fillet - 7.1 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 1.8 oz
  • Mustard Greens - 0.2 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
  • Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons - 1.8 oz
  • Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Chives - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • French Baguette - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Step 2

Bake the sea bass with olive oil, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes or until cooked through.

Step 3

Cool the baked sea bass to room temperature.

Step 4

Flake the baked sea bass with a fork until smooth.

Step 5

Add the cream cheese to the mixture and stir until creamy.

Step 6

Add mustard, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper to taste.

Step 7

Add finely chopped smoked salmon and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Prepare the baguette by toasting slices until golden brown in a dry skillet or toaster.
