Sort the sea buckthorn berries. Pour boiling water over them, then squeeze the juice from the sea buckthorn through clean 2-3 layer cheesecloth over an enameled pot and cool.

Prepare a syrup from sugar and water.

Then mix 1 part juice with 2 parts syrup and leave it in the cold for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.

After that, pour into prepared canning jars. Cover the jars with metal lids, sterilize in boiling water for 15-20 minutes, and immediately seal.
