  • Dark red seaweed - 4.2 oz
  • Carrot - 4.2 oz
  • Onion - 3.5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Sugar - 0.4 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 0.4 oz
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 1.1 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Chop the boiled sea cucumber into small pieces or pass it through a meat grinder and lightly sauté.

Step 2

Cut the boiled seaweed, onion, and carrot into strips and sauté in vegetable oil.

Step 3

Prepare the tomato sauce: mix the paste, sugar, pepper, and flour.

Step 4

Combine the prepared ingredients, place them in a pot, pour over the tomato sauce, and simmer for 5–10 minutes.

Step 5

Serve hot.
