- Dark red seaweed - 4.2 oz
- Carrot - 4.2 oz
- Onion - 3.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Sugar - 0.4 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.4 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the boiled sea cucumber into small pieces or pass it through a meat grinder and lightly sauté.
Step 2
Cut the boiled seaweed, onion, and carrot into strips and sauté in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Prepare the tomato sauce: mix the paste, sugar, pepper, and flour.
