Ingredients
- Soy Sauce - to taste
- Sugar - ⅓ g
- Mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Octopus - 10.6 oz
- Shrimp - 300 pieces
- Squid - 300 pieces
- Mussels - 10.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the squid and boil for 4 minutes, then cut into thick rings. Thaw and clean the shrimp (preferably raw). Lightly pound the octopus and marinate in soy sauce for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Thread the seafood onto skewers, drizzle with lemon juice, and fry in butter in a wide skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Mix mayonnaise with soy sauce in a 3:1 ratio, add sugar, and the remaining lemon juice. Serve the sauce with the hot skewers.
