Ingredients
- Clams (Vongole) - 16 pieces
- Sea Bass - 17.6 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 8.8 oz
- Mussels - 12 pieces
- Fresh Oysters - 16 pieces
- Canned Tomatoes (Pelati) - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Celery stalk - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - ¼ cup
- Dry White Wine - 1 cup
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Fish Oil - 17 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Chili Flakes - a pinch
- Chopped Sage Leaves - ½ cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion, garlic, and celery.
Step 2
Rinse the seafood well.
Step 3
In a large pot, heat the olive oil and add the onion and celery. Sauté until the onion is translucent, then add the garlic. Sauté for another minute.
Step 4
Then pour in the broth, wine, and add the tomatoes. Bring to a boil and reduce to medium heat. Season with salt and pepper, and add the red pepper flakes.
Step 5
Add the diced fish, oysters, and clams. Cook for one minute.
Step 6
Add the mussels and shrimp, and cook for another minute until the mussels open.
Step 7
Before serving, add the parsley.
