- Nut Bread - 1 piece

- Quail Egg - 1 piece
- Onion - ¼ head

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare potato croquettes: boil the potatoes until tender. Mash them, mix in the yolk, add starch and salt. Form into balls and coat in dry celery root shavings.

Boil the beets until tender. Cool.

Boil the quail egg, cool, peel, and cut in half.
