Ingredients

  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 9.9 oz
  • Citrus Zest Mix - 1 teaspoon
  • Chives - 2 tablespoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 teaspoons
  • Salt - ¼ teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
  • Rye Bread - 6 pieces
  • Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons - 8.1 oz
  • Red Caviar - 1.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the mascarpone, lemon zest and juice, chives, salt, and black pepper.

Step 2

Stack the bread and cut out a neat rectangle. Lay the bread in a single layer and spread 1 tablespoon of the cream on each piece, then top with a thin slice of fish. Spread more cream on top and add another piece of fish. For the next layer, spread the remaining cheese. Place on a plate and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 3

Using a sharp knife, cut each rectangle into 8 pieces and top with red caviar.
