Ingredients
- Beetroot - 7.1 oz
- Cucumbers - 5.3 oz
- Onion - 3.5 oz
- Scallions - 1.8 oz
- Dill - 1.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Kefir - 1½ l
- Lemon - ½ pieces
- Potato - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste

Prepare the necessary ingredients

Boil the beets until tender, which will take about an hour, depending on their size.
Step 3
Peel the potatoes, cut them into large bite-sized pieces, and boil them in salted water.
Step 4
Cut the boiled beetroot into matchsticks.

Cut the cucumbers into sticks.
Step 6
Grate the boiled eggs.
Step 7
Chop the herbs. Dice the onion into small cubes.
Step 8
In a large bowl, combine the kefir and chopped ingredients, adding the juice of half a lemon.

Season to taste, plate the dish, and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
