  • Salt - 1¼ teaspoons
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard Greens - ½ teaspoon
  • Sugar - ½ teaspoon

In a small bowl, mix the shredded cabbage, chopped chili, lemon juice, salt, and sugar. Taste and add more salt and sugar if necessary. You should achieve a pleasant sweet and sour flavor.

Step 2
