Ingredients
- Onion - ½ head
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Habanero Pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Yellow Cherry Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Sweet Corn Sticks - 10.6 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 8.8 oz
- Tortillas - 12 pieces
- Fajitas sauce - ½ cup
- Green Papaya - 17.6 oz
- Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
- Lime - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion, finely chopped pepper, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, for 4–5 minutes until the onion is soft.
Step 2
Add the diced tomatoes and corn kernels. Cook, stirring, for 4–5 minutes until the tomatoes are soft.
Step 3
Add the shrimp cut into small pieces and cook, stirring, for 2–3 minutes until the shrimp change color.
Step 4
Serve with tortillas, salsa, sour cream, and lime wedges.
