- Lime - 1 piece

Step 1
Peel the shrimp, keeping the tails intact, and cut each one in half.

Drizzle the shrimp with olive oil, season with salt, and let marinate for five minutes. Then, sauté in a very hot skillet without adding any oil — quickly, for one to two minutes.
Step 3
Cut the pineapple into small triangular slices.
Step 4
Skewer halves of shrimp, pineapple wedges, and cilantro leaves onto bamboo skewers, using a couple of each. Drizzle with lime juice, and season with salt and pepper.
