Ingredients
- French Baguette - 12 pieces
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Shrimp - 10.6 oz
- Avocado - ½ piece
- Radish - 3 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 3.5 oz
- Romaine lettuce - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté or boil the shrimp.
Step 2
Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and slice it crosswise into not very thick pieces.
Step 3
Slice the radish into thin slices.
Step 4
Toast the pieces of baguette or ciabatta in a dry skillet until golden brown. Rub the pieces with garlic.
Step 5
Spread cream cheese on the toasts, top with shrimp. Next, add a slice of avocado and a slice of radish. Garnish with frisée lettuce curls.
