Ingredients
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 7.1 oz
- Pineapple - 1 piece
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Parsley - ½ bunch
- Curry - 0.4 oz
- Lemon - ½ piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the shrimp or pour boiling water over them. Cut off the top of the pineapple and scoop out the insides, cutting off the bottom of the pineapple. Pour the pineapple juice into a separate bowl. Cut the pineapple flesh into cubes and mix it with the shrimp.
Step 2
Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into a skillet, heat it up, and add the shrimp to fry on high heat for 3–5 minutes.
Step 3
In the same skillet, sauté the finely chopped garlic with the chili pepper over low heat.
Step 4
For the sauce, pour the remaining oil into a bowl, add the squeezed lemon juice, pineapple juice, curry seasoning, and optionally add salt or replace it with soy sauce (this is tastier))), mix everything well and pour it over the garlic and pepper, bringing it to a boil over low heat, then turn off the heat.
Step 5
Place the shrimp mixed with pineapple into the pineapple shell and pour the sauce over everything, garnishing with parsley and covering it with the top of the pineapple.
