Ingredients
- King Prawns - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 3 tablespoons
- Butter - 3 tablespoons
- Dry White Wine - 1 cup
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Chili Flakes - ¼ teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter in a skillet and sauté the chopped onion.
Step 2
Add the shrimp, season with salt, and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
Step 3
Squeeze the juice from the lemon. Pour in the wine and lemon juice, and add the oregano.
Step 4
After 2–3 minutes, increase the heat and cook until the wine reduces to 1/3.
Step 5
Serve with fresh baguette.
