Shrimp Spring Roll
Ingredients
- Rice Paper - 0.4 oz
- Avocado - 2.3 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 1½ tablespoons
- Ramiro Pepper - 1.1 oz
- Arugula - to taste
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the pepper into thin strips.
Step 2
Slice the avocado in half, place it in a deep bowl, and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 3
Add salt.
Step 4
Add cream cheese.
Step 5
Mash thoroughly with a fork.
Step 6
Soak the rice paper in room temperature water for a few seconds.
Step 7
Transfer the sheet to a flat surface, then place the avocado mixture on it.
Step 8
Either thaw the shrimp in advance or blanch them in boiling water.
Step 9
Place the pepper on top of the avocado mixture.
Step 10
Add the greens on the side and top with shrimp.
Step 11
Wrap the paper with the filling into a roll and season with chili flakes. Ready.
