Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Pasta shells - 8 pieces
- Mild Chili Spice - ½ teaspoon
- Lime Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Ground Cumin - ½ teaspoon
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 18 pieces
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 3 tablespoons
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Iceberg Lettuce - 5.3 oz
- Sour Cream - 4.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Mix finely chopped tomatoes, lime juice, chili, and cumin.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan, add finely chopped onion and garlic, and sauté for 3-5 minutes until soft. Add the chopped shrimp, stir, and add the tomato mixture. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the shrimp turn pink. Add parsley and mix well.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat the corn taco shells on a baking sheet in the oven for about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Place some chopped lettuce at the bottom of each shell, then fill with the shrimp mixture. Top with pieces of avocado or any other exotic fruit, or drizzle with sour cream.
