  • Mayonnaise - 5.3 oz
  • 9% Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Green peppercorns - 5 pieces
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the shrimp in salted water with added pepper and bay leaves.

Step 2

Sprinkle the cooked shrimp with vinegar or lemon juice.

Step 3

Boil the eggs.

Step 4

Chop the green salad coarsely and cut the hard-boiled eggs into wedges, then dress with mayonnaise.

Step 5

Place the shrimp in a salad bowl and arrange the dressed salad around the edges.

Step 6

Garnish with green salad leaves.
