Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes - 6 pieces
  • Pork Blood - 2 lbs
  • Onion - 3 heads
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Bay leaf - 3 pieces
  • Salt - to taste
  • Carrot - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse the pork, cut it into medium cubes, place it in a pot, and start boiling.

Step 2

Add the bay leaf to the cooking broth. Cut one onion (not all the way through) into four parts, add the whole carrot, and put everything into the broth. Cook until the meat is done.

Step 3

Next, cut the potatoes into medium pieces, chop the remaining 2 onions, and add them to the boiling broth (remove the cut onion and carrot from the broth). Add pepper and salt to taste and cook until the potatoes are done.

Step 4

Serve on the table, garnished with chopped herbs.
