Ingredients
- Lamb - 17.6 oz
- Fat - 3.5 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Onion - 4 heads
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
- Parsnip - to taste
- Basil - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the fat into cubes, render it in a pan, and remove the cracklings. Slice the onion into rings and sauté it. Add the lamb or beef, cut into slices along with chopped bones, and fry until crispy.
Step 2
Then add the sliced tomatoes or tomato paste, finely chopped bell pepper, and simmer for a few more minutes. After that, add the sliced carrots and whole potatoes, season to taste, and mix everything.
Step 3
Pour in water and bring to a boil, adding salt. Reduce the heat and cook until done. Serve the soup in large bowls, generously sprinkle with chopped herbs, and enjoy with green tea and flatbreads.
