Description
I've always liked soups like this, even just their appearance, but after reading recipes online, it turned out that they require all sorts of beans, seaweed, and blah blah blah. I decided not to complicate things and make it with what I had on hand. :)
Ingredients
- Chicken Broth - 10 fl oz
- Rice Noodles - 2.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Chicken fillet - 7.1 oz
- Soy Sauce - 2 spoons
- Ramsons - 3 stalks
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Sesame bun - to taste
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the broth and noodles separately.
Step 2
Next, slice the fillet and sauté it with salt, black pepper, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
Step 3
Pour in the broth, then add the noodles, fillet, boiled egg, and wild garlic leaves.
Step 4
Add a tablespoon of soy sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds and pieces of chili pepper.
