Description

Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet - 5.6 oz
- Capers - 0.2 oz
- Onion - 0.7 oz
- Table vinegar - 1 glass
- Olive Oil - 2 spoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the salmon crosswise into large chunks. Chop the capers, and slice the onion into thin half-moons.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients together. If the fish seems not flavorful enough, add some salt. Marinate for 5 to 8 minutes.
Step 3
Garnish with lime and chopped herbs before serving.
