- Cucumbers - 10 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi - 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - ½ spoons
- Sesame Oil - ½ spoons
- Chili Flakes - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Wash the cucumbers, and peel them if the skin is thick.

Trim the ends and gently smash the cucumbers with the flat side of a large knife, breaking them into several long strips.

Slice them into thick pieces.
