  • Ground Black Pepper - 1.1 oz
  • Mustard Greens - 1.1 oz
  • Kung Pao Sauce - 7 fl oz
  • Aged gouda cheese - 17.6 oz
  • Cayenne Pepper - 0.2 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the chicken thigh into pieces, add spices, and grind in a meat grinder.

Step 2

Dice the Gouda cheese and add it to the minced meat.

Step 3

Place the meat in the refrigerator for a day to allow it to cool and firm up.

Step 4

Stuff the prepared pork casings with the filling, greasing them with oil beforehand. The sausages can be of various sizes and shapes.

Step 5

Smoke the sausages for 30 minutes.
