- Sweet Pepper - 4.1 oz
- Parsley - 0.4 oz
- Melted Cheese - 7.9 oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Garlic - 0.2 oz
- Corn Salad - 7.9 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grill the peppers over an open flame (using a grill, barbecue, or simply a rack on a gas stove). To ensure they blacken evenly on all sides, turn them constantly with tongs. Allow them to cool and remove the blackened skin. Remove the seeds and stems. Do not wash! Cut into small cubes.
Step 2
Cut the mozzarella into small cubes as well and mix it with the peppers. Add parsley, oil, and garlic.
Step 3
Arrange 4 plates with salad leaves and serve the mozzarella on top.
