Description
A roll made with smoked salmon, cream cheese, and green onions.
Ingredients
- Hot smoked pink salmon - 5.3 oz
- Scallions - 3 stalks
- Philadelphia Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Chopped Green Onions - 2 spoons
- Cayenne Pepper - ¼ spoons
- Dill - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Lay out a sheet of plastic wrap on your work surface.
Step 2
Slice the salmon fillet into very thin pieces (to make slicing easier, place the fish in the freezer for 15-20 minutes first).
Step 3
Arrange the fish pieces on the plastic wrap in a rectangle measuring 20x10 cm, slightly overlapping.
Step 4
Spread cream cheese on top, then sprinkle with chopped green onions, dill, and cayenne pepper.
Step 5
Roll the fish into a roulade from the long side, using plastic wrap to assist.
Step 6
Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour to let the roll set slightly.
Step 7
Remove the film and cut into 2 cm pieces. Arrange on a plate and garnish with sprigs of dill.
