  • Smoked turkey roll - 7.1 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 0.7 oz
  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 4 tablespoons
  • Herbs - 1 bunch
  • Olive Oil - 2 teaspoons
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Cream - 2 tablespoons
  • Sourdough Bread - 2 slices
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare the cheese sauce. To do this, mix grated Parmesan with cream cheese, mascarpone, salt, pepper, herbs, and cream.

Step 2

Toast the bread. Drizzle with oil.

Step 3

Slice the smoked turkey fillet into thin pieces and arrange on plates. Top with olive paste and drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle with green onions.
