- Frozen green bean pods - 17.6 oz
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Butter - ½ tablespoon
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the peas in a skillet and pour in a cup of water. Add salt and bring to a boil. Cook for 3–4 minutes until the water evaporates.
Step 2
Add the butter and cook for another 2 minutes until the peas are tender but still slightly crunchy inside.
Step 3
Remove from heat and stir in the oregano. Transfer to a serving dish and serve.
