- Pea shoots - 17.6 oz
- Pork Blood - 17.6 oz
- Bacon - 3.5 oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 4 pieces
- Onion - 2 heads
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Leek - 2 pieces
- Celery salt - 1 piece
- Potato - 2 pieces
- Celery stalk - 1 stalk
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the peas, cut the bacon into medium cubes, place it in a deep pot, cover with water, add the ham, and bring to a boil. Skim off the foam with a slotted spoon.
Step 2
Drain the water, rinse the peas and meat, cover with fresh water, and bring to a boil again.
Step 3
Peel the celery root, carrot, and potato, then chop them into medium cubes. Rinse the leek and slice it into large half-moons.
Step 4
Add the vegetables to the soup and cook until the peas are tender (approximately 1.5 to 2 hours).
Step 5
Once the peas are cooked, remove the meat. Take off the casing and remove the bones, then cut it into small pieces. Return it to the soup.
