Ingredients

  • Water - 17 fl oz
  • Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Dashi powder - 4 teaspoons
  • Grated Ginger Root - 2 teaspoons
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Udon Noodles - 3.2 oz
  • Scallops - 12 pieces
  • Scallions - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Add dashi powder, soy sauce, ginger, and sliced carrot to boiling water. Cook for 6 minutes.

Step 2

Add scallops to the broth, removing any roe beforehand, and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

Step 3

Add the soba noodles, cooked separately for 4 minutes. Serve, garnished with finely chopped green onion.
