Ingredients
- Poultry - 17.6 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
- Ham - 3.5 oz
- Chorizo - 3.5 oz
- Celery salt - 3.5 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Pickles - 3.5 oz
- Pitted olives - 1 can
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Sour Cream - to taste
- Lemon - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the chicken broth. For the broth, you can take 1 chicken leg and 2 wings. In addition to the meat, add a coarsely chopped stalk of celery and 1 carrot to the pot.
Step 2
Cut the potatoes into cubes.
Step 3
Remove the cooked meat and vegetables from the broth.
Step 4
Add the potatoes to the pot and cook until tender.
Step 5
Sauté the finely chopped onion in vegetable oil.
Step 6
Add the pickles, sliced thinly.
Step 7
Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste. Stir.
Step 8
Pour in a little broth and simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 9
Shred the boiled chicken meat, and also cut the sausage and ham into cubes.

Add the meat ingredients to the pot.

Add the sliced olives.
Step 12
Add the tomato sauté and cook for 5–7 minutes.

Serve with sour cream and a wedge of lemon.
