Ingredients

  • Turkey - 12.3 oz
  • Leek - 1.8 oz
  • Carrot - 1.4 oz
  • Pickled Cauliflower - 2.8 oz
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 1½ tablespoons
  • Chili jam - ½ teaspoon
  • Capers - 3 tablespoons
  • Cucumber Brine - 1½ tablespoons
  • Olive Oil - 1½ tablespoons
  • Habanero Pepper - 1.1 oz
  • Bay leaf - 1 piece
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
  • Chicken Broth - 1⅕ liters

Dice the carrot into small cubes.

Chop the leek coarsely.

Slice the cucumbers into thick rounds.

Finely chop the jalapeño.

Cut the ham into strips.

In a heated skillet, add the ham, carrot, and leek to the oil.

Sauté over high heat for about 3 minutes, then stir, season with the pepper blend, add the tomato paste and chili sauce. Mix and reduce the heat slightly.

After 5 minutes, add the cucumbers and jalapeño. Stir.

After 1 minute, remove from heat and transfer to a deep pot.

Pour in the broth and set to high heat. Once boiling, immediately reduce the heat and add the bay leaf.
