Soljanka with Smoked Meats
Ingredients
- Beef - 17.6 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower - 4 pieces
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 14.1 oz
- Pork tenderloin - 7.1 oz
- Hunter's Sausages - 3 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Sausages - 6 pieces
- Khmeli-suneli - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the broth. Remove the boiled beef and cut it into cubes. Add it to the boiling broth.
Step 2
Cut the cucumbers into cubes and add them to the broth along with the olives. Cook for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Cut all the smoked meats and sausages into cubes. Sauté them in a pan and add to the broth.
Step 4
Make the sauté. Dice the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil. Add 2 tablespoons of flour and sauté with the onion. Add the tomato paste. The sauté is ready.
Step 5
Add the sauté to the pot. Sprinkle with spices and cook for 5 minutes. Cover with a lid and let it steep for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Serve with a wedge of lemon and a spoonful of sour cream.
