  • Salad Potatoes - 2 pieces
  • Chicken Broth - 2 qt
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers - ½ piece
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Basil - to taste
  • Bay leaf - to taste
  • Wheat Flour - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - to taste
  • Water - 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Hard Cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
  • Paprika - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare the broth. Add chopped potatoes to it.

Step 2

Make a sauté with onion, carrot, and tomato paste. For children, you can replace the paste with tomato juice, or you can skip the paste altogether.

Step 3

Add bell pepper to the soup. You can add any vegetables you like. At the end, add the sauté, basil, and bay leaf. Don't forget to salt it. In general, prepare a regular soup.

Step 4

Knead a stiff dough from flour, egg, water, and a handful of salt. Leave it under a bowl for 15 minutes.

Step 5

Roll the dough very thinly into a flatbread and cut out circles with a thin glass.

Step 6

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Add sour cream and sweet paprika. If you like it spicier, you can add adjika or hot pepper.

Step 7

Spread a thin layer of cheese on each dough circle. Roll it up. Twist the roll into a snail shape.

Step 8

Fry the snails in oil, and place them on a napkin to remove excess fat.

Step 9

Pour the soup into bowls. Place a few snails in each bowl.
