- Ketchup - 3.5 oz
- Beef chuck roast - 1½ kg
- Spaghetti - 17.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 8 pieces
- Shallot - 1.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Season the beef shoulder with salt and pepper, drizzle with vegetable oil, and place it in an oven preheated to 410°F for twenty minutes.
Step 2
Place a pot with beef broth over heat, seasoning it with Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, and a blend of spices (such as chili pepper, cumin, and oregano).
Step 3
Place the oven-roasted beef shoulder into the pot with the soup and simmer on low heat for two hours.
Step 4
Boil the spaghetti in salted water. In the remaining vegetable and butter, fry the eggs sunny-side up. It's better to do this one or two eggs at a time for easier portioning.

In a deep bowl, place a serving of spaghetti, pour in the broth, add diced meat, a fried egg, and a pinch of green onions.
