Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Leek - ½ piece
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 8.8 oz
- Red drum fish - 10.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Scallions - ½ bunch
- Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Water - 2 qt
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the potatoes as desired. I use thin strips.
Step 2
Dice the carrot into small cubes.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion.
Step 4
Slice half of the leek into thin rings.
Step 5
Cut the red fish into cubes as desired.
Step 6
Thaw and clean the shrimp. (The amount of seafood depends on you)
Step 7
Add the chopped vegetables and seafood to the boiling water.
Step 8
Add soy sauce, pepper, and salt to taste.
Step 9
Simmer on low heat until cooked.
