Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs - 1 piece
- Turkey - 12.3 oz
- Carrot - 2.1 oz
- Sauerkraut - 17.6 oz
- Pickled capers - 5.3 oz
- Pickled Nettle - 5.3 oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Allspice berries - 7 pieces
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
- Water - 2 qt
- Potato - 1 piece
- Arugula - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the carrot into small pieces.
Step 2
Place the chicken and turkey in a pot, cover with water. Bring to a boil and skim off the foam. Cook over medium heat.
Step 3
After 10 minutes, add the carrot.
Step 4
Add white pepper.
Step 5
Add a little allspice.
Step 6
Salt to taste.
Step 7
Add the sauerkraut 20 minutes after boiling.
Step 8
Cut the tomato into strips and salt it.
Step 9
After 25 minutes of boiling, add the tomato.
Step 10
Add the nettle and sorrel and stir. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Add arugula and serve in portions.
