  • Carrot - 2.1 oz
  • Sauerkraut - 17.6 oz
  • Pickled capers - 5.3 oz
  • Pickled Nettle - 5.3 oz
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Allspice berries - 7 pieces
  • White Pepper (whole) - to taste
  • Water - 2 qt
  • Potato - 1 piece
  • Arugula - to taste

Chop the carrot into small pieces.

Place the chicken and turkey in a pot, cover with water. Bring to a boil and skim off the foam. Cook over medium heat.
