- Soy Meat - 1 cup
- Mineral water - 8 cups
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the soybeans overnight in three cups of mineral water.
Step 2
In the morning, transfer the beans to a deep bowl along with the soaking water and blend with a blender. Add another 3 cups of water and mix to obtain a homogeneous bean paste.
Step 3
Place the bean mixture in cheesecloth and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
Step 4
Put the leftover beans (the pulp) back into the blender, add another 2 cups of mineral water, and blend to achieve a smooth mixture. Squeeze through the cheesecloth again and combine all the milk.
Step 5
Raw soy milk needs to be boiled. Bring it to a boil over high heat while stirring constantly, then reduce the heat and cook for 5–8 minutes.
Step 6
To reduce foam, add a few drops of cold water.
Step 7
Strain the finished milk through cheesecloth and boil again.
Step 8
You can add sugar, honey, chocolate, fruits, or anything else.
Step 9
Cool the milk and enjoy.
